Outdoors California Wedding in Redwoods
Vivian and Irving were married at the gorgeous Sabor Mexicano Farmhouse nestled in the woods in Sonoma County, California. The bride and groom met at work, where they are both engineers, and after Irving repeatedly found reasons to stay late at work just to spend more time with Vivian, it did not take long for their romance to bloom.
Vivian was beyond stunning in her two-piece Carol Hannah gown and romantic soft braided up-do. Keeping everything in line with her understated yet gorgeous style, she added a simple embellished sash to her dress, which perfectly tied the look together. The groom wore his own gray suit, pocket-handkerchief and brown shoes.
The couple exchanged vows in front of 50 of their closest friends and families with the picturesque Armstrong Redwoods as a backdrop. Vivian and Irving were determined to keep their celebration a family affair, so they enlisted the help of their family and friends and put their natural talents to great use to bring ever detail to life for this celebration, even the family dogs made an adorable appearance.
The gorgeous floral arrangements and styling were all done by the bride’s mom, Anny, and the cocktail hour appetizers and meat arrangements were put together by close friends. Not to be outdone, the bride did every piece of calligraphy, paper, as well as watercolor paintings, and a couple nights before the wedding, she and the groom handmade rose apple tart deserts, which were gorgeously used to style the al fresco style dinner plate settings. The evening concluded with dinner, laughter and a toast to the couple under the California stars.
